Throughout my career in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry, I found great joy in discovering the strengths of those around me, then coaching them to use their strengths fully.

I believe a person’s potential is boundless. That’s why I founded Boundless Potential Coach and became a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach.

I founded my business as a natural extension of the coaching & mentoring that I’ve given throughout my career. I look forward to helping you leverage your strengths and unlock what’s possible.
